The Ministry of Railways has invited applications for Electrical Engineer positions at RITES Limited, a government of India enterprise. Interested candidates can apply on the rites.com careers portal until October 10th.
BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required for these positions.
Candidates in the General/EWS category (and candidates in the SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD categories applying for unreserved positions) must have a first-class degree or a minimum of 60% marks. Candidates from the reserved categories must have at least 50%.
As of September 1, the age limit for these positions is 40 years. There are 11 open positions.
Eligible candidates will be required to take a written test based on their applications.
Candidates who meet the other eligibility requirements will be called for an interview based on their performance in the written test.
The final result will be based on an 80-20 split of written exam and interview marks.
