For govt jobs in Goa one year of work experience is required

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has stated that one year of work experience will be made "mandatory" for hiring in state government departments.
Such a technique will assist the government obtain competent labour, Sawant said on Tuesday at an event in Taleigao village, North Goa district.He also stated that in the future, recruitment through the Staff Selection Commission will be made mandatory.
According to the CM, anyone seeking government positions in the future would be required to have one year of work experience.No new individuals would be hired immediately into government service. He stated that before seeking for government employment, aspirants should get experience by working in the private sector.
Recruitment Rules would be amended as needed to guarantee that only qualified individuals are chosen.
