At the 10th convocation ceremony IIT Mandi confers a record amount of PhDs

There were 28 women in the PhD programme and 04 in the iPhD programme among the students who graduated with PhDs, exceeding prior years' levels.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi, conferred 64 PhDs today, the most in a single academic year to date. There were 59 traditional PhD graduates and 5 iPhD graduates (integrated PhD).

There were 28 women in the PhD programme and 4 in the iPhD programme among the students who graduated with PhDs, exceeding prior years' levels. IIT Mandi offers four PhD programmes as well as one iPhD programme.

This year, 462 students graduated from IIT Mandi's 10th convocation event. There were 348 male students and 114 female students among those who graduated this year.
