Career in coding

In this fast-paced world, technological advancements abound, from smartphones to laptops, OTT platforms to online gaming, and so on. When it comes to technology, there is a lot to learn because we are all becoming more and more reliant on it every day.It actually resulted in the emergence of new job opportunities that we could not have predicted for years.People and businesses are redefining industries as a result of an adaptive work culture and a dynamic demand for tech applications. This digital era's arrival will be nothing short of an exponential change, something that our traditional curricula aren't prepared for, necessitating the need for upskilling courses that can better prepare students for tomorrow's technological demands. THE IMPORTANCE OF CODING Coding is the process of creating or programming a computer through a creative process that instructs the computer to perform various actions. In layman's terms, codes are a set of inputs, actions, outputs, and reactions that enable a computer to function as intended. Coding is at the heart of the technological revolution, which has only seen an upward trend. We are still adopting emerging technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT), but coding is nurturing these technologies from the ground up. Indeed, global corporations are heavily investing in disruptive technologies to improve their operations and processes.  Experts from around the world agree that coding as a skill should be introduced to children during their early years, when their minds are highly absorbent of information but malleable enough to forge their own paths. One of the most significant advantages of learning to code at a young age is that it helps the child develop logical thinking and approaches every problem with a solution-oriented mindset. And as Indian parents become more aware of the career opportunities that coding offers, the culture of coding as a skillset is only going to grow in the coming years. Many people in their twenties and thirties are choosing coding as a career path. People are learning and starting their entrepreneurial journey in the coding industry, not just in terms of career. A NEW LANGUAGE FOR CODING Coding may appear to be the same as learning a new language, but this is not the case. At the end of the day, it all comes down to laying a solid foundation and developing a critical thinking process. You simply need the right mentor and to enrol in programmes that emphasise practical learning rather than memorising concepts. THOUGHTS ON CONCLUSION There is no set age for learning to code. It is dependent on the student's interests and preferences as to when he or she wishes to learn - either during their growing years or later. Technological advancements will continue unabated, as will the learning process. Naturally, there will be a high demand for such skills in the market.
