NCHMCT JEE 2022

National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination or NCHMCT JEE (also known as NCHM JEE) is a national-level hotel management entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to B. Sc. Course in Hospitality and Hotel Administration.

Admission to IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) is based on NCHMCT JEE scores. There are about 21 central IHMs, 25 state IHMs,1 PSU IHM, and 27 Private IHMs that are affiliated to NCHMCT and offer BSc (HHA) courses and the admission is based on NCHMCT JEE 2022.

NCHMCT JEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Age limit: For General and OBC category candidates, the age limit is 25 years (28 years for SC/ ST) as on 1st July 2022.

Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level from any recognized board.

List of qualifying exams: The list of qualifying exams are as follows:

• The Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, as well as State Boards of Secondary Education, are examples of Central/State Boards.

• Two-year pre-university examination administered by a recognized university.

• Cambridge University High School Certificate Examination

• An Indian or foreign examination administered by a public school, college, or university must be recognized by the Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE) or the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

NCHMCT JEE 2022 Syllabus

The National Council for Hotel Management (NCHM) and NTA do not share a specific syllabus for NCHM JEE 2022. A list of topics from where the questions come most frequently can, however, be derived based on the key indications in the exam brochure and the analysis of previous year's question papers. • Reasoning & Logical Deductions: Statement Conclusion, Symmetry, Coding & Decoding, Series, Syllogism, Blood Relation, DI, Analytical reasoning, Linear & Complex arrangement, symbols & notations, statement assumptions etc.

• General Knowledge & Current Affairs: Prizes & Awards, World Statistics, Inventions & Discoveries, International Organizations, Sports, Disasters, Currencies, Books etc.

• English Language: Fill in the blanks, Paragraph/Sentence completion, Idioms & Phrases, Synonyms, Antonyms, Analogies, Vocabulary, Spelling Error, One Word Substitution etc.

• Aptitude for Service Sector: Service Sector related aptitude questions

NCHMCT JEE 2022 Counselling

Counselling is available online at nchmcounselling.nic.in. Registration, selection, locking of choices, seat selection, payment, and upload of documents to confirm a seat are all included in the counselling process. NCHM JEE 2022 counselling is required for admission to any of the institutes listed below.
