KVPY 2022 Qualification Requirements
The following criteria must be met in full by applicants to be considered for KVPY 2022:
SA Stream:
Candidates must be enrolled in any recognised board's 11th grade to be eligible.
Subjects: Science and mathematics are required for applicants.
In order to be eligible for KVPY, candidates must have received at least 75% of the possible points (65% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
SX Stream:
Qualifications: Candidates may apply for the SX Stream if they are enrolled in the 10+2 intermediate course from any recognised board.
Subjects: Candidates' qualifying exams must include science subjects (PCB/PCM).
Candidates must have received at least 75% of the possible points in their class 12 exams (65% for SC, ST, and PWD candidates). aggregate in 10th grade science and math classes
For the SB Stream:
Students in their first year of an undergraduate Basic Sciences degree are eligible to take the scholarship test.
Candidates must take biology, mathematics, chemistry, and physics as required subjects.
Required Percentage: In mathematics and science at the 12th grade, one should have received 60% (or 50% for SC, ST, or PWD).
KVPY Exam Pattern for 2022
The whole exam schedule for the KVPY 2022 Examination is provided below:
Exam Mode: Only the online version will be used to administer the test.
Exams will be given in both Hindi and English as the medium of instruction.
Multiple-choice questions will be included on the examination paper (MCQs)
Exam time: The candidates will have three hours to complete the question paper.
The entire examination will be worth 80 points.
Marking Procedure: Each accurate response will receive two points, while each incorrect response will receive one point less.
